This video shows the endoscopic view of the inferior turbinate after radiofrequency turbinoplasty performed for persistent hypertrophy with obstructive symptoms in allergic rhinitis. The head of the inferior turbinates (yellow circles) had shrunk adequately with evidence of scarring. However its body and tail were still hypertrophied and the nasal cavity appeared narrow. The decision to perform similar procedure will be determined by the patient's symptoms and adequacy of allergic rhinitis control.
