she looks sad to me.im sure she is.that year her mom died and im sure that was taking it toll.in an interview i saw once,do not aske me to remember cause i cant,she said her mother and her were very close,so,just a guess,she's probobly mourning her.she looks very worn,i hope she was okay after.she looks great now.not at all 61

SHE DOES LOOK TIRED HERE!! I LOVE MERYL, EVEN WHEN SHE'S NOT UP TO DOING SOMETHING SHE FINDS THE STRENGTH TO DO IT ANYWAYS... WONDERFUL WOMAN!! LOVE MERYL TO PIECES.

She has so many movies and Devil Wears Prada was my favorite She acted mean and wicked and she was amazing! And I can't believe she gotto work with Anne Hathaway she is like soooo pretty she is soo lucky

I have heard her say a few times The Hours was a very difficult film for her - but I can never work out if she means she found the role difficult or if there was something else going on, like she didn't like the director or whatever. In the commentary on the DVD she complains the director made her sit far away from Jeff Daniels in her breakdown scene, which she didn't like. Even in this interview there's a sense she's searching for nice things to say about him... ? Maybe I made all this up!
