These videos are not here for us to show off how well we can or can't dance but purely for the use of our pupils so that they can view the video incase they have forgotten a particular section of the dance.

No we're not children but the caption says that these dances are choreographed for the children, not that we are the children..

The reason it may look as though we're either not putting energy in or may be slightly uncertain of a particular move is because the dances were choreographed in the same session as the filming.
