11th and Final part of the Hellstron Chronicle. It's a documentary about insects.

Comments are welcome, encouraged, and appreciated since this movie is quite hard to come by.

  • wow , i remember as a kid when this came out i had wondered what it was about yet wanted to see it never did til now. thanks . also look at some of the videos i have , ive got who killed the electric car and stuff better. but thanks this was neat, was made in the late 60s

  • Indeed, this film has its flaws, but it greatly transcends the documentary genre, like "who killed the electric car" does too, sometimes.

    thanks for commenting.

  • Many thanks Bratgoul, I enjoyed this film tremendously. Your efforts are appreciated and even a little inspiring!

  • Happy to help anytime. This movie is hard to come by and it deserved public display.

  • I had to watch this movie in my english class

  • Thanks for uploading this. I reccomend people try reading/listening to "Hellstroms Hive" by Frank Herbert. Great book about people who live like insects underground. The professor in this documentary is the main character.

  • Thanks for the upload.

All hail the mighty insect, true masters of this planet!

    lol

  • Thank you for uploading this great film! Really puts things into perspective.

  • AWEEEEsome thanks a million

  • Man is the best! Insects can GTFO

  • That was awesome.

  • I saw this only one other time, on television nearly 40 years ago. Since then I've concentrated mainly on physics; but back then, as a kid, I was equally interested in insects, especially ants and bees. This film is 50% documentary, 50% sci-fi, and 100% fascinating. Thanks.

  • Big thanks to Bratgoul for finding and uploading this film! Lalo Schifrin's ("Mannix", "Mission:Impossible", "Dirty Harry") avante-garde musical score was suitably creepy in that effective way horror music was done in the 1960's and '70's. Part of me wonders if Carl Sagan modeled his "Cosmos" series on Lawrence Pressman's perfromance...just not as twitchy.

  • tengo miedo

  • AWESOME!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!
