Spooky

An impromptu, informal, unrehearsed jam session, with three guitar players who had never played together as a group before. Somebody would start a song, and if the others didn't know it, they'd pick it up on the fly. Strangely, there were some cool things that came out of it, usually in the middle of a song, when it clicked and everybody had figured out what they were doing. No sound mixing, nothing fancy, not a "performance" quality thing, but still some fun jams. On the old Classics IV hit "Spooky" listen to Mike Balas get into it on lead guitar. Good stuff.
