plant for milling and sharpening plate and/or. Paving-stones up to 500 mm broad consists of the following components:

1 x sizing machine
with 1 x plate diamond station.

3 x Star- Turningdevice.

1 x Disk Grinding Machine
REX 2000.

WITH:

6 x plates - stations
of it 2 x diamonds
and/or. Mill and 4 x loops.

2 x chamfer milling machine.

1 x 180 degrees of curve distance.

1 x dry section.

1 x all prescriptions were used, to produce polished and curling plates.




Plant are only approx. 800 hours per year
in production.

6 x Teller -Stationen
davon 2 x Diamanten
bzw. Fräsen und 4 x Schleifen.

2 x Fasenfräsmaschine.

1 x 180 Grad Kurvenstrecke.

1 x Trockenstrecke.

1 x sämtliche Rezepturen, die verwendet wurden um geschliffene und gecurlte Platten zu fertigen.

Die Anlage ist nur ca. 800 Stunden pro Jahr gelaufen
