The 1 in 3 statistic is well known in legitimate research circles to be complete bullshit, along with the myth of man as perpetrator, woman as victim. Real research shows that women are the perpetrator in the majority of domestic violence cases and are responsible for the majority of child abuse.
Unfortunately the feminist Western World doesn't care much about facts and feminism has proven that it is a movement that specialises in miss-information and lies.
