@Istilelife - kako Iran bre bugarine , ne tresi gluposti ! vo sekoja svetska enciklopedija , pa duri i vo vashata Bugarskata " Istorija na BG narod " , ( izdadena vo Sofia BAN - 1938 ) pishuva deka pra - Bulgarite se TURKIJSKI narod , so jazik od TURKIC - ALTAIC jazichnata grupa ! Makedonskite slovenski pleminja se dojdeni vo MAKEDONIJA 150 godini pred da dojde hordata na han Asparuh !

@ladomiroff That happens world wide! Everyone is wearing smokings and white dresses in their weddings! Even in places like Egypt, Arabia, China or Japan! That is globalism!!! And the funny is that this wedding fashion began to exists in the high class or royal and noble weddings in Europe and America in 19th century! Even the English, Scottish or Dutch traditional wedding dresses and costumes are very different than the modern wedding costumes!

Yes it is traditional clothing that is not used in everyday life except maybe partly in some villages from the oldest ppl. Modern way of living attacking the tradition from all sides. Influenced not only to the clouts but also to the music, instead of drums now musician use electronic music, rhythm machines, amplifiers ...

I have to say unfortunately.

Thanks god, some folklore groups are trying to keep the Macedonian tradition alive,

How lovely. That looks like traditional clothing. Does anyone dress like that normally or was it just for the wedding? Is that a specific wedding dance or just a folk dance?
