A high fiber French toast recipe. This whole meal is all for 275 calories and only 3 grams of fat. So a great choice for breakfast and lots of healthy fiber. The recipe is great with just the strawberries but if you like things a little bit sweeter, you can add a light maple syrup as will which if you add a tablespoon on there, its going to add another 70 calories and a little bit more sugar
