Vodka VS. Thorim Hard Mode
The hardmode of this fight involves completing the achievement Heroic: Lose Your Illusion. Players must clear the hallways on their way to Thorim's platform in under 3 minutes. This forces Sif to join the fight, making it substantially more difficult.

Thorim's deceased wife.
Thorim's brother, Loken, killed Sif and blamed her death on Thorim's allies. Thorim killed those allies and went into a long stupor.
The Sif in that fight is simply an illusion from Yogg-Saron.
