PART 5 of SERIES - this one teaches you how to work your blues licks into your playing, how to twist them into new licks and how to make the most of what you got! :)
Taught by Justin Sandercoe.

Full support at the justinguitar web site where you will find hundreds of lessons on a wide range of subjects, and all the scales and chords that you will ever need! There is a great forum too to get help, no matter what the problem.

And it is all totally free, no bull. No sample lessons, no memberships, no free ebook. Just tons of great lessons :)

To get help with this lesson (and for further info and tabs), find the Lesson ID in the video title (like ST-667 or whatever) and then look it up on the Lesson Index page of justinguitar.com

http://www.justinguitar.com

Have fun :)

  • @12yod12 Dude if Justin isn't clear enough for you then just give up now.

  • killer video I just need to slow it down, I know the progressions amazing tip. I'm more focused on changing scales I forget about how easy the blues is to play. It's not always about shreding, Leave that to the Metal Players.

  • @PainlessTragedy easy when you got soul... unless you're robert johnson.

  • Justin, thank you.

  • Thanks Justin Ive being playing for ages and it constantly frustrated me that licks that Id learned in isolation wouldnt come out in improvisation . Following your tip of playing a single lick over a backing , has real helped in bridging the gap between what I learn and I actually play .Cheers.

  • Thanx for this ;)

  • Been playing guitar since i was 11; chords and picking mostly by ear. I never new a scale, couldn't play a lead if my life depended on it. I saw your first video about 7 days ago; yesterday I played a lead over a jam track and for the first time in my life felt i knew what I was doing. Was it Eric or BB? No ...but it was such a leap forward in my guitar playing I cannot tell you how happy I am..You are a fine teacher! Thank you so much for investing your time in us. BTW: I'm now 55... :-)

  • I like so much your lesssons and i forget to push the "like " button))))

  • very good lesson one of the best lessons ive watched, explains plain an simple unlike most what just fill your head full of shit and your no better than when you first started watching. cheers justin

  • Justin, many guitarists (teachers) attempt to explain the in's and out's of guitar theory but eventually they always get carried away and start doing the whole showing-off thing (and always with a sickly, smug grin). You are by far the best instructor and mentor I've ever encountered with the patience and understanding of a Saint. Thank you for making a fun hobby, that becomes frustrating for many people as time goes on and providing clear & unpretencious guidance. You're a true martyr. Thanks.

  • the blues back tracking arent free....
