T:SCC Season 2 Finale Scene

The Final Scene for Season 2's Finale of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
Episode 22 "Born to Run". Aired 10th April 2009. I cut down the scene due to it exceeding 10 minutes.

Full Scene Description:
After Cameron rescues Sarah from prison, the Connors head for Zeira Corporation to confront Catherine Weaver. While they are doing so Cameron heads down to the basement to destroy John Henry but instead does the opposite. As Sarah, John, Ellison, and Weaver are talking about their common enemy (skynet) they are attacked by an HK heading straight towards them. Weaver is forced to save this and in doing so her true self is revealed. After the crash they all rush down to the basement to find John Henry but instead only find Chip-less Cameron. John Henry used the Turk to travel through time. Weaver gets ready to go after him and John goes with her, while Sarah stayed behind. Weaver & John travel through time to end up in... The Future... where he meets his deceased uncle once again and his Young Father who he has never seen before and along with him is... Allison Young, the women that Cameron's skin originated from. At the location that John traveled to a small message from Sarah comes through that John doesn't hear... "I love you too"...

@rhett331 I think she failed her mission, and too damaged. She never really explains why or by who she was sent back. Like all the other Ts, she probably knows Judgment Day was inevitable no matter how much they try. If Sarah stopped it, John wouldn't time travel into the future in ruins. The only way for John to survive it was time jump past it, and he'd be alone to be the leader he was meant to be. She probably is in league with Weaver and John Henry and knows them from the future.

Kyle Reese looked so shocked to see him because he's seen him before. At the park when Derek took John on his birthday to see the younger him playing with little Kyle and John gives the baseball to him when it rolls in front of him. That was one of Kyle's fondest memories before Judgment Day. Look at the jacket, there's even a patch that says Umpire.

@rhett331 That's Allison all right, sometime before she was captured. The dog not barking at her was the hint. She was part of the Resistance before she was captured and cloned into Cameron. Maybe she was Kyle Reese's girlfriend.

@FortitudeOfHeaven Skynet feared the liquid metal cyborgs because they were harder to control and isn't just a programmable CPU. In the present the T-1001 was in charge of Zeira corporation to build John Henry (maybe John Henry/Cameron is in charge of the Resistance) and hurt Skynet's future war capabilities by hoarding away the coltan, assassinations, and destroy important things like the HK drone research plant. Corporate warfare on a new level.

@ntabiblaze She was probably the leader of third faction of rebelling cyborgs fighting Skynet but wasn't allied with the Resistance. When Jesse's team was sent to pick her up, it says to tell John Connor that the answer is no (the submarine incident was probably a test and it said no after they tried to kill her). And Cameron says the question was will you join us. Cameron saying telling her is the same as telling John, I would guess this meant the real John Connor wasn't in charge.
