In this example we have an Excel spreadsheet (already created) with a list of names , company names, fax numbers and e-mails. We've created a document which will be faxed to a list of potential clients. We want the document to contain the recipients name on the fax, but we don't want to type each one individually, print them and fax them manually on a fax machine. Instead, we use fax software on the computer, using a fax modem to send the faxes automatically.
