Hey betty - can this be done while leaving the tater skins on?
I just think that the skin is the best part of the potato.

@TheLoyalOfficer I think so. You'd just need to give it a try. You might get a little more "browning" when you shred the skins, so make sure your potatoes are clean and you might want to go for a little lemon juice too (you won't taste lemon don't worry). Let me know if you try it!
