Steampunk River Song Costume

Pattern information: Skirt: Simplicity #8375 Blouse: Simplicity #2447 Jacket: Simplicity #2525. Bear in mind that I alter my patterns, so the finished costume is quite different from the pattern. @Kaosusoshi Basically whatever I find that I like. The brown fabric for this is some mystery fabric that I found at the thrift store!

how did you do the bustle in the back where the tail coat splits?

@HouseofYarally I just pleated some fabric and sewed it inside the split. Pretty simple, really!
