italian are the most clean person in the world!! for example look at the american mcdonalds!! in USA mcdonalds are the worst and dirty!! in the all world!!! in italy mcdonalds are THE BEST they looks like a 10 stars restaurant!! so clean, elegant and well organized!!

however in italy there's a sanitary controls!! and they're really scrupulous!!

italians are the most clean persons i've ever seen.

we are talking about italian standards of quality and hygiene. If it was anywhere else I would be worried. For example in UK, where standards and hygiene practices are below 0. Where mice and cockroaches are family members.
