Most of the tennents have no respect for their neighbors and steal decore pieces outside their front doors. The people I catch are mostly drunk and usually after 12:00AM. Neighbors play loud music way after 10:00PM and start at 4:00 AM
What's even worse, the front desk and the UPS sends packages to the wrong units! The good people are either leaving or being let go. It's the bad ones who stay.

I read the story about this building and If it is haunted I have yet to see it for myself.
I do know this: The building is poorly managed and the tennents and staff are very rude.
