  • Hi, I have registered to youtube specially for you so that I can thank you for posting these vids, thank you soooooo much. I am wanting to have the same procedures as you (well, added skin peel to the list after watching your vid). I am also a fitness instructor(I think you are I can see the equipment behind you). May I ask 34 days post op, could you do aerobics, spin, weights, yoga, pilates etc. Or which ones if any at all.

  • @Urwinful Aww, thanks so it so sweet :) Well, to be honest, i did not feel comfortable enough to do any heavy exercise until about 6 weeks post-op. Around 6 weeks I started spinning again. I waited almost 3 months before running, weight training, or yoga. I did not want to do anything that I would be putting my head down (like yoga) or anything that was 2 high impact (like running). I never did pilates so I can't answer that one.

  • @Urwinful As for weights, just wait until you feel better. Your body will let you know when it's ready. Just don't bend over and lift heavy stuff. It can cause a nose bleed. Your doctor should tell you when it's safe.

  • honestly i think your nose looks really good, and natural! i'm thinking of getting a nose job too, and i heard that Dr. Motykie is a really good plastic surgeon. I was wondering if you could maybe tell me how much it cost for you to get rhinoplasty from him?

    thank you :)

  • @suzymuzy1905 Send me a private message and we can talk.

  • Thanks for the reply.

Did you lose much weight after your surgery and what kinds of foods did you eat ?

I could use some ideas of healthy low sodium meals that will be easy to chew for after surgery. Thanks

  • @ronsyp I pretty much ate what I normally eat except I would have to chop things smaller than normal and chew really carefully. Oh yeah, I also ate pasta a few times.

  • @dermlover1 I'm not sure if I know how to :/ i'm not the best at stuff like this..

  • @ronsyp For breakfast I either ate oatmeal with a little brown sugar or egg whites with some fruit, a piece of toast with jam, and some turkey bacon. I had turkey sandwich for lunch and other times I would have chicken and some salad. Dinner I would have chicken chopped really small and some vegetables. I ate sorbet when I wanted some sweets. I really only drank water since I was so dehydrated from mouth breathing all the time.

  • @ronsyp Yeah, I lost weight. I am 5'4 and weight 98 lbs and even though I have not weighed myself, my mom says I looked skinnier than usual when she saw me 2 weeks post-op. I ate more and did no exercise while recovering so I dunno why I lost weight. For the first 48 hours or so after surgery I ate a lot of saltines and water. Then I started eating regular food but I had to be really gentle to not eat things that were too hard to chew because I did not want to strain my nose or cheeks.
