@powerblip P.S. Basically i'm just saying that heavy metal and screamo has gotten to the point where cliche may sound good, but we need more originality in the music. Does anyone agree? P.P.S. I still love and listen to Showdown, so don't think I'm bashing them whatsoever.

When I first saw this, I thought: AWESOME! A new Showdown album! (Seen them live and love them)
But when I watched it, honestly, I thought: This sounds like EVERY OTHER metal or metalcore band (screamo, hardcore,etc) out there! Lately, theyve all sounded VERY similar, nothing surprising, original, or new! Demon Hunter's new album and Disciple's new album are both the most original metal albums coming out lately! I know I'm gonna get rated down by a bunch of Showdown fans, but it's true. :(

these dudes are metal, not screamo for one. second, they sound more like old school metal than any of these newer metal bands that have those high pitched whiny voices like the devil wears prada. these guys have balls. get down or get out!
