just to be frank with you, they did not actually asked foreigners to leave... that would be very rude to a society in 'Japanese' that actually they practice and learning how to be courteous with foreigners...
I actually been able to successfully went inside and have a walk without being asked to leave the place, provided that u don't take A STUPID VIDEO OUT OF VIDEO CAMERA!!
so just sit back and relax while playing the steel balls... hehehe...

Many pachinko establishments actually ask foreigners to leave.
