The reels Sweeney's Buttermilk composed by Brendan McGlinchey paired with Fleur de Mandragore composed by Michel Bordeleau played on a 36-string Dusty Strings harp -- just pleased I managed to get a take of it without choking!

  • Which one, the first? It's known by a lot of names...as is typical of most Irish traditional tunes.

  • amazing !

  • Wow this is great. Fleur de Mandragore is one of my favorites, but i've never heard it on a harp before. I love it!

  • The first tune is definitely Sweeney's Buttermilk

  • So beautiful, I feel like I'm being taken into another time.

  • Fleur de Mandragore has to be my favorite reel in exsistance and hearing it on a harp is just as beautiful. very very nice job.

  • Lovely! Great interpretation. Very musical! Michel would be impressed

  • how much do 36 strings cost? are they heavy? is it portable to some extent?

  • Nice playing! I'm jealous of your single string triplets!

  • yup the first one cause i know the man of arran and sweeneys buttermilk are both tunes and can be played in a set but i always thought that one was the man of arron! maybe im wrong tho!
