  • I just received a few of these and during my inspection I noticed that a couple of them have the underframe mounted crooked making the car tilt to the side, did you have any of these issues? I'm trying to figure out how to fix it, might have to send it back to ER, there was also one car that as soon as I took it out of the box the reefer unit popped off and the etched walkway is not mounted right... Who ever said this stuff was ready to roll was full of it - This is not a RTR hobby at all LOL!

  • @espinozajos I had the same problems except none lean to the side. If its something you can't fix, send it back...thats what I say. As for RTR....never! I've had to tweak almost everything I've gotten from all manufaturers.

  • Awesome run by, how does the units run and look with coolers nose to nose, they clear OK? Those are some sweet units. Excellent video!!!

  • @disturbed1954 I just checked and there were no problems with plenty of gap on straightaways and curves.

  • nice video I see the real thin in Bliss Idaho every week

  • Those reefers are so awesome man!

  • kan those reefers make it thru a 15 radius curve?.. cuz i really want 1 of these reefers but i dont wanna buy it not knowing if its gona cause me trouble down the line.. so plz let me know.. thank u

  • 5) I think the body is permanently glued together making it impossible to add weight inside the body and you will have to add it on the under frame (this is a good thing keeping the weight as low as possible) 6) Some cosmetic blemishes like rough spots on the smooth sides like small glue spots 7) A couple of them had parts such as the reefers falling off and the large walkway on the A end of the care not properly mounted. Overall a nice car but with much needed work for it to stay on the rails

  • @jlwii2000 Well I took one to the table last night and though these cars have some of the best detail I've seen; mechanically they are not the best: 1) Metal wheels but plastic axles made it a nightmare to gauge them 2) Brakelines lay on the axles of the inner wheelsets 3) The weight is 5.9oz for a 64' car its a little light but the CG was pretty good from both sides 4) The coupler height was pretty good right out of the box though I might replace them with 178s they look much better

  • Awesome! Nice to see your layout coming along well.

  • Nice! I love your model railroad videos! Keep up the great work!
