  • hey snaskc what brand of tubes are you running and what pickups?

  • @jball476 HI pups are TX's specials and the tubes are x4 groove tubes (EL84) and electro harmonix x4 (12ax7)

    Thanks

  • would this speaker work for the evh tone the dsl gets?

  • @Ericclapton325 I would say yes,it's a far better speaker than the stock,it handles high gain with no probs.

  • nothing like a great speaker to bring the voice of the amp to life...this sounds clear and tone rich...cool demo!

  • Thanks man and you're right about the speaker.

  • How does this speaker react to low volume, or low wattage tube amps? I was thinking of putting this in a line 6 spider IV 75 watt modeling combo amp, but use it primarily as an extension cab for my vox ac4tv (4 watt tube). I really like the sound of the celestion alnico blue 15w, but am concerned the line 6 might blow it. Anyway, I like your tone and was wondering if you thought this speaker would work well for me.

  • what did you put in for speakers ???

  • It is lenny, you can get it on the net,Thanks
