Sheva had fuck all to do with the RE story and did not deserve a part in this game she was nothing but a race counterbalance and a poor one at that all they needed to do is work in some story with Terra Save and bam another "chance meeting" considering after all these years of waiting this was the final battle with Wesker having him being killed by somone who doesn't even know him seems a bit of a waste.

Since when did Capcom care about "realism" fuck Sheva

@sapphirevaltiel Why send Chris? Why not have Sheva and Josh as the main characters? The BSAA didn't even exist until the point where RE5 was being made same as Terra Save. They invent these things as segways into these increasingly unlikley predicaments, why the sudden halt? If there was ever a time to put the fantasy brakes on and come crashing down to a less enthralling reality, the final stand against Wesker wasn't it, considering how long the series had been building up to that moment.

@darthkahn45 Again, I think it was adecquate for the time and circumstances. About Terra Save, if I recall correctly, it was a non-violent action group. What would they be doing there if military units were being sent? If they did go, what are the odds that they send Claire? Also, Claire already faced the Raccoon outbreak, Rockfort Island, and the Wil Pharma thing, give the girl a freakin break. Many of these "if's" are what really keeps me from thinkin it would be "fitting". I'm just saying :)

@sapphirevaltiel It would have been so easy, much easier than how they have done it in the past. The BSAA are sent to contain the situation and TerraSave are sent to tend to civilians. Makes perfect sense, no less sense than what they did in Degeneration, Code Veronica or RE4. The first gameplay video where the Majini were first introduced didn't have Sheva in it and nobody heard anything about the addition of a new character until she was already being revealed. Post racism drama...

@Thekillacam56 Regardless of whether she was planned or not, for a game that had been built up for 9-13 years, the limelight should have been given to someone who was actually relatable for the fans, someone who they knew had been through hardship of the series and had a past with Wesker. I don't see the point in adding Chris for that EXACT reason and then doing the opposite with his partner who just appears out of nowhere. It instantly contradicts everything they are supposedly doing with Sheva

@Thekillacam56 I do believe that Sheva taking a piece of RE5 was the most adecquate thing to do. Would it be more "fitting" to have the Redfields finish off Wesker? I just don't think so, this is not Supernatural, thank god. Maybe realism has never been Resident Evil's forte, but two brothers spilling blood across foreign land for revenge is a little less than retarded to me. It is also ridiculous to have the same group of people at the wrong time and wrong place... again. Change's good, fellas

@darthkahn45 Ok dont you notice that each game has diffrent characters they said (capcom) that they wanted to make a new protagonist from the get go they didnt want to build her up they want a new character for everybofy to focus on
