Thanks Wave Man! What kind of spot are you in on your deal? In my case -- I moved it through bandit signs. Thieves had broken in there & jacked all the copper through the living room ceilings... and the house was a MESS! The house was in good condition... but people shied away from it because of the area.

After the house got tore up... I was going to give it back to the lady & cancel the contract... and then a landlord saw one of my bandit signs & came in & bought the prop from me :)
