You're both wrong, these type of games are called "Rogue" going in dungeons, going down in levels and getting weapons. Izuna the Unemployed ninja is one, aswell as Mystery Dungeon, Chocobo's Dungeon, Shining Force EXA on PS2 has a Mini-Rogue Section. Funfun, but brutal.

He was not insulting it, he was stating his (and many other people's) very first impressions of the game, before he knew anything about it. If you weren't so ignorant to not watch the whole review, he gave the game a 8.7. If that's terrible, you need some extra maths lessons mate.

Most people know nothing about this game or its predecessors, and apparently this guy is one of them. So shut up, and actually watch a review for more than nine seconds before branding it next time.

As far as the Mystery Dungeon superseries as a whole goes, I can't recommend either Chocobo's Dungeon or Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. Neither series punishes you very much for failure, and specifically they don't take away your levels when you die.

This reduces them from fast and fun Roguelikes into boring grinding games. If you want to play a fun Mystery Dungeon, get the DS Shiren the Wanderer or the fan translation of Taloons' Adventure for the SNES.

i liked how the music in this game are all from the old FF games
