i have the exact same 4runner, same color engine trans, but i have no idea on how to use the 4wd, i plan to take it to the beach but how do i put it on 4wd just in case it gets stuck anya help?

Just have to simple move the tranny shift knob into either 4H (4x4 high) or 4L (4x4 low)...either moving or stopped; you can shift on the fly.

You have to make sure you're under 50 MPH when you shift to 4H and under 5 MPH when you shift to 4L. Or you can get into your 4Runner and look up...on the visor...where I read this....
