From my book on Disney television: "Based on a successful children's record of the same name, Mousercise is themed towards healthy living through education and exercise. The setting is the Mickey Mouse Health Club, where hostess Kellyn Plasschaert is joined by young exercisers and Disney characters for segments on exercise, health, safety and nutrition. Co-hosts Steve Stark and and Garett Pearson appeared in brief segments such as Do You Know?, which included a safety-themed lesson for the day or other important lesson, or Let's Make a Deal, a spoof of the game show of the same name. The Disney characters also appeared in brief comedy skits."

I think they revived it but as a 3-mintues CGI segment on Disney Junior and it's now called Mickey's Mousekersize.

Dude I'm gonna fuckin cry cuz I used to watch this show every morning when I woke up as a kid. I never thought I would see this again. I'm 25 years old and I used to do the workouts. We should have more shows like this for the fat ass kids we have today.
