Yes, her voice doesn't sound as strong as b4 and not all her songs are good but alot of them are 100 times better than millions of other artists. Her voice is unique and her lyrics aren't bad. Some of her new songs are simply brillant! Somethin' I definitely would not want to miss out. And what does her being 'fat' have anything to do her her talent...when I listen to music I don't care about how good-lookin the singer is. Good song- keep; legacy lives on. Boring Song- delete. Next.

Ill admit too, her voice isnt what it used to be, BUT she still does it better than most vocalist out there lol. Still an amazing voice.

Her body has gotten out of control which doesnt help, and 20 years of belting...whistling, takes it toll, so she's made her throne already, she can stick to her lower mid register and stay there cause still no one can do it like her.

I think Mariah's Voice is going through a change....as a singer myself i know how that goes...its hard 2 be singing and your voice is not in a steady state...trust me though its not the end....Mark my words old mariah is gone be back....give it sometime......and weight does have sumthn 2 do as well its been proven (not that its an excuse) but i agree Mariah ain the same she can pull it out SOMEtimes but it was never a SOMEtime bak in the day

Wasn't Obsessed in the top 40? Didn't it reach the top 20 and stay there for over 15 weeks? Didn't reach the top 10? Btw, anything in the top 20 is a hit. Especially a song that's sold over 1.5 million downloads and reached #8 on the airplay charts. Just because a song isn't #1 on the Hot 100 doesn't mean it's not a hit.

i totally agree that she needs some change. we can't just let it be because of all the great achievements she's done. we love her, but we can't spoil her. like somehow we all will love our children but shouldn't spoil them. anyway, i think she's just overtaken by her "happy" and "superior" life now. now she needs to calm down, and change, to molt, like a butterfly.
