This is is why we are publishing photos and video clips of litter louts in action here in st peters, highfields leicester.
Leicester City Council for year has done nothing to get to grips with this issue.
Local politicians have been too detached to prioritise here.
Those who talk about the human rights of those we photography and video need to realise that when these litter louts behave worse than animals they forfeit any claim to human rights.
We are out to record on video those dropping and leaving litter in our neighbourhood as it is the only response that is proportionate to the scale and seriousness of the problem at hand.
Once we have recorded them we will publish it online as well as produce still images for press releases, posters and online slide shows with a view to identifying them and concentrating the minds of others inclined to treat the community and neighbourhood with similar contempt.
