Summary of Interview:
How did you get started in the DJ Business?
"I was always into promoting and sports and my friends and I started a promotional company throwing house parties. One day the DJ at the party just left so I just took over to cover and after that I touched the decks for the first time and it was something I wanted to do for a long time."

Who are your primary influences in your production and mix styles?
"Swedish House Mafia, Afrojack, Avicii, very commercial stuff. I also love the underground stuff. When I'm producing, it's more like Hardwell, Laidback Luke, with that type of sound that will appeal to everyone and not just a random category of people."

With your upcoming event at Cameo, how do you think Miami House is expanding?
"Miami is one of the center-pieces in the music industry and house music is picking up across the US. For it to come over here it will take some time but it may be bigger then pop, electro, and become the dominating sound for the next couple of years."

Where do you see Dance music in 5 years?
"It's all dependant on DJs and Music Producers"

What do you think is the track of the year?
"Nicky Romero - Flash and Afrojack - Take Over Control"

What has been your favorite venue to play at?
"Imagine in the Dominican Republic"

With Dance Music Festivals gaining popularity, how do you see that impacting EDM in the US?
"Committee and DayGlo deserve a lot of credit. Ultra and AMF are also great. It will impact the South Florida scene as Fort Lauderdale has DanceGiving in the next few years"

As an upcoming artist, what has been the most challenging obstacle you had to face?
"Disappointment. There is a lot of empty promises and people who want to help but aren't really there to help. You have to keep focused so you don't lose that fire inside of you telling you to keep moving forward"

Any final tips for FromDJs4DJs Aspiring DJs & Producers?
"Keep working hard. When you feel like you've accomplished something, then work double hard. If you are really passionate about music nothing can stop you. Don't do it because you think it's cool and you'll get a couple of girls. It's really not about all that. It's about making music, DJing, changing what people like in music, and most importantly you are supporting a scene and that scene is Electronic Music."

Last minute comment on DJ Poll:
"A lot of people are very upset on the new rankings. I think this is the most accurate rankings I have seen in a long time. David Guetta deserves his #1 ranking because of all he has done."

I don't know any other DJ that has accomplished what David Guetta has done, making tracks with the best vocalists in the world. Nobody has done what David Guetta has done for the Electronic Music scene."

"I want to thank you for bringing me on the show and reaching out, you have my full support from here on out and we will see each other soon".
