he's lvl3, but in WvWvW your bolstered to 80, the only main difference is a actually lvl80 is going to have traits and skills and whatnot and a lvl3 won't have those or even be maxed on weapons so you may have more health and damage to match an 80 but nothing else.

WvWvW dont should be balanced.

a 10 man guild team can kill a 30man zerg in seconds, if they good enough nd the zerg dumb enough :p

He's lvl 3 but I believe in WvW PvP everyone becomes lvl 80 so its all balanced out. So yes he is lvl 3, but here lvl 80.
