Health Beauty Workshop 導師Ada 於2011年5月為有線電視普拉提運動教室,示範一連串的普拉提蓆上動作。
普拉提運動是一種而有80年歷史的運動項目,由一位德國人"Joseph H. Pilates" 創立,而這項運動主要以鍛練我們身體的核心肌群,如腹橫肌,腹內外斜肌等...來加強身體肌肉平衡,肌肉力量,從而幫助改善日常錯誤的體姿,減緩長期的背痛。
對此運動有興趣人仕,可參閱我們於港九各區舉辨的普拉提蓆上運動班。
