WOW this is the fourth video of this song on this tour where he has put on this fake emotional scene before continuing with the song. Dave is a seasoned, hard assed professional performer, who's been doing this song for over 30 years. So rehearsed, he could do this in his sleep. Why does he continue with these cheesy show-biz acts? No wonder everyone else leaves the stage when he does this act.
The story is bullshit anyway, since he's from a very wealthy family, not middle class at all.
