Updates from Frankee (Mail from Cree Ingles and other announcements)

So here are the updates from Frankee:
Summer is over and she's back home. She grew 2 cms more. She tanned. She started school yesterday. She is in the same class as her best friend. She met Nana Mouskouri in person last tuesday. She trimmed her hair, and she's turning 8 on September 11th.

Wow really??I thought we have the same numbering of grade levels in the US. France and the Philppines have the same. And I tried to imagine she'd look too small and immature to be in Grade 4 lol.

BTW - people were asking about Frankee's grade level, so I want to confirm CE2 is in fact grade 3!! And actually here in Canada the French Lycee system is considered superior to the Canadian system, and

CE2 is the equivalent of grade4!! Ariadna should technically be going into gr 6, but if let's say she wanted to switch to a normal Canadian school, she' d be accepted into gr 7!!! So there you go!! (Also Canadian universities accept Lycee students after 1ere - no need to do terminale!!)
