Bullying is tricky because it is important not to send the message to a kid that they are a victim and that they can't protect themselves. At the same time you don't want to ignore it completely. So what I first suggest, is when a kid is being bullied that you have the conversation with the kid and then you say, you know, 'What do you want to do about this?'

And empower them to have their own response, empower them to do whatever they think is the best, or to even asking for help if that is the case. But not to step in necessarily and implement your own solution whatever you think that should be.
