Drachen Fire

Ride the rails of Drachen Fire in this clip for E!'s "Theme Park a Go-Go!" Had this ride been built at a Cedar Fair or Six Flags park it would probably still be around. But Busch parks truely seek perfection. The rider's statement at the end of the ride basically sums up why this unique coaster is no longer around.

Yeah Bo & Mals are cool and all don't get me wrong. But true enthusiasts hunt for the Arrows. They are from a much more "pure" era of coasters you could say.

I miss this coaster and always had a great ride on it. It was a real work out on your body but that's what made it the coaster that it was. Nice video.

this coaster had so much promise and looked awesome, but when i rode it as a kid it gave me a terrible headache and i was scared to ride another rollercoaster for years. i really don't see how no one noticed its roughness till it opened.

OMG, it's either Bill or Ted from Bill and Ted's excellent adventure! LOL Anyone know when this aired? Looks like it is pre internet days when there would be T.V shows featuring all the new rides at parks.

If Drachen fire was built at a Six Flags park not only it will still be standing and operating there would also be clones of the coaster at other Six Flags parks.
