  • i'm really surprised, i new i have potencial and make quick improvement but your close of nº4 was fantastic! 365 pounds on it?

  • Thanks but you misunderstand slightly, though this is a no.4 gripper, it doesn't rate in at no.4, its more of a 3.5 gripper.

  • Great attempt pete!!

  • Cheers dude!

  • holy shit

  • Its time for you to go to specsavers.

  • Those closeup shots were so blurry it was impossible to tell what it was.

  • Try the Super Elite (about a 3.6) and a Grand Elite (about a 3.8) from Weightlifter's Warehouse. The Elite (a 3.3 or 3.4) is another good inbetween gripper, but it's pretty close to a 3.5 in toughness.

  • Hey Brother. Where can i find an Easy #4? I see these cocs with diffrent handles and i am wondering why and if they are diffrent from mine. Is my number4 diffrent then yours? I need something inbetween the 3.5 and 4.

  • ur hand looks really small compared to the gripper didnt like the offset hand closing to get the fingers around, but very good strenght
