  • How much time do I have to wait before planting my beans in soil?

  • have to wait before planting your beans? Sorry, I could not catch your meaning. Just plant it - that's what I think to plant beans....

  • thank you so much for this. i am a teacher and we planted beans in class today. we also made bean diaries, so i showed my kids this clip so that they could see what to expect from their beans. they were entranced!!! thank you so much!

(a lovely comment from on of the little girls was, "look, they're dancing!")

it is great to see that you tube can be so educational!

  • It's great to hear your response. I like the comment from the little girl. Cute and vivid.... I did this with my son when he was a 3rd grade student.

Hope you can share the work with your students soon!

  • @Xavi959 just plant them in the soil to much labor and time just for beans just make sure you dont plant in clayish soil its hard for them to pop out of the dirt

  • I have ever tried to grow them but a caterpillar was atraccted to it and eat it to death:D

  • what soil did u use?

  • I would like to do something like this with a class. What do you use to take the pictures?

  • how long do they grow?

  • Again someone using the WRONG light for the time lapse video... The plants here are getting super Leggy and will fall over and die from it. you can't use incandescent bulbs. But good try on the time lapse video.

  • porbably around 5-10 days to germinize the beans, then just plant them

  • I mean, how much developed must be the roots of the bean plant before it can be planted?
