@adiostraitorobama What Obama did with regard to Libya was unconstitutional regardless of the War Powers Act. He had no right to do what he did. He took an oath to the Constitution and he violated it. He promised the people explicitly before the election that he would adhere to what are the Constitution's restrictions on presidential war power.

Lockerbie 101 is an attack on Americans and American property giving the president the legality of going into Libya. Congress did not do it's duty of authorizing the intervention or not. When the congress did not say pull out, keeping the planes in the air is legal under the War Powers Act. You would have to pass the Kucinich amendment to not to use force. Boehner tried to make the president flinch with only a critique bill saying nothing. He did not and the rebels won the day.

Is the president a Stutterer now ? ? I thought he was supposed to be such an elegant speaker. There There, There now mister President, November 2012 will be along soon enough,,,

Agreed, but I don't mind the bias. It's what I came here for, now on the other hand the internet will never run out of racists, fascists, trolls, and lunatics in general. And for something as inclusive as youtube I usually don't bother debating with strangers.

@qawsedjack Right, I'm mad at representative press because in this video he only posted a few sentences of Obama's entire speech to take what he said out of context. This is what gets me mad. If he had posted the entire speech but highlighted the areas of interest, I wouldn't have been mad because then these boneheads watching the video wouldn't be misled. I hate it when the media does the same thing. My comments about hate are targeted at some of the posters and not at representative press.

Well we don't subscribe to news, we subscribe to worldviews. Part of democracy is the tolerance of marginal ideas and perceptions. I am aware that some of RepPress's videos are skewed (at least from my perception) but the seems to get it right often enough. Besides he isn't advocating anything violent or discriminatory, perfectly legal even if unpopular.

@qawsedjack He can disagree all he wants; I'm talking about the unabashed hatred that isn't American. Did you even read his comments? If so, how can you read them and not get disgusted by the radical hatred he shows? I got pissed off at Representative Press because they didn't post Obama's real answer. They edited everything to take it out of context. Not only that, but the people posting are too stupid to realize it. You can see in the video where it cuts to the next clip. It's ridiculous.

In videos that I just mentioned, it clearly states that US constitution, like others, is a contract arrangement to repay debts.
Q & A Part II of the play list item states that Abe Lincoln invoked war powers during civil war, & that war was never declared over-the expert cites the legal papers to back his claims. Expert even explains that Ron Paul knows the US is under war powers admiralty law, & that Paul would not revoke those powers since many statutes are based these war time powers.

Here are the actual dots to connect: You Tube play list F4025035BDD435C0
& You Tube QwmTO1dws_8
Separate researchers into the US constitution discovered that law such as constitutions are written in legalese, & must be deciphered by using law dictionaries.
Both of these experts say the authors of the US constitution were the British Crown.
Google (constitutor "legal definition")
Central thrust of a constitution is debt repayment respecting international law, & the rest is twisted / tort claims.
Thanks for giving us the other half of the story. I know alot of people gets angry with Obama for diverting alot of questions, but think about it. We are in a back stabbing, Gotcha'! type media generation. So, if we want our President focusing on forward thinking issues we must accept his need to divert some questions in order to avoid unnecessary conversation of something he said that was not a priority in the first place.

@timmy10530 It's Chuck who is diverting. And Obama has no excuse, his argument that Libya isn't hostilities is sickeningly dishonest. He can anyone claim it is credible to argue as he does that there is no risk from participating in the war?
