@ginnypotter33 you saying this as if your positive but in the book, it clearly does not state that rue is black. also to prove my point, rue is supposedly suppose to resemble prim, and prim was not black meaning if prim was black then katniss would be too and you would be ruining the cycle

That’s right from the book, word for word, and there are other references to her skin being dark or brown. But you can think whatever you want.
