I use to listen to this song back in the 90s. I just found out today that the singer Ephraim Lewis has been dead since 94'. I love this song. nice and soothing

I LOVE the chord progression in this song! I've always found it magical. It's the reason I bought the CD in 1995 after hearing this one for the first time. I especially love the instrumental at the end after he finishes singing. :)

l heard it first sung acapella by Boy George many years ago in a small venue presentation in LA, and it was the most beautiful thing he gave all credit to Mr Lewis and was humbled by the standing ovation he got, he said later during the autograph signing that he woul never record it since the original version had all the soul and heart and there was no need to remake it, he also nicely wrote the name of the song and performer for a bunch of people to get it, class act. love the vid, thnx!
