Thank you very much for this video. Over the past couple of weeks I've been trying to learn this song for performing live. After sifting through countless wrong guitar tabs and videos I noticed Billy playing it on a youtube video in a different position from the way I was trying to play it. After modifying my search query I stumbled across this excellent video of yours that cleared things up completely. A negative aspect is I'll have to bring along another guitar tuned to open E minor.

So like...it looks like all of this took place about a year ago. Are you going to do some more teaching?

Great lesson and cool guitar. It's good to see that you got a break from the Carousel of Progress at Disney World.

Sorry I haven't posted any new vids lately, I upgraded my imac to a mac pro tower and haven't been able to get the right camera setup going yet. Hopefully I will be back to video production in a couple of weeks. Thanks for the positive posts and I'm glad to be making such cool new friends !

Nice lesson. Thanks.
what amp/pedal settings are you using?

@sachin229 I use a Fractal Audio Systems --- Axe-FX Ultra. The preset I used was: 007 - The Brown Sound. I tweaked the preset a little by adding a bit more 2k, 4k and 8k on the EQ and I backed off of the reverb some. Beyond that, it's pretty much the factory preset. Thanks !

@hardyharhar9 Thanks ! ....I built that guitar in 1992. I used to work for Jackson / Charvel from early 1986 to late 1988. I thought for a time that I was going to start building my own guitars and selling them under the name GSR Guitars, but like everything else it kinda just came and went. The body is made of Honduran Mahogany which gives it a very good sound. The bridge pickup in an 80's Seymour Duncan "Hot Rail" humbucker and it kicks ass, I love that pickup !
