Can you move you widgets where you want to move them on the screen?

Yes, you can move the widgets to any location on the home screens. The widgets have a "snap to grid" function so they will be aligned in a grid, but you can place them anywhere within the screen.

theres is multi touch. he just didnt click it twice on the screen when he was on the browser

Double tap, yes, but not multitouch as in the pinch and zoom.
