Made a simple video, not so quick but since everyone wanted a workout video. Umm half the time it looks like i'm talking, thats just me talkin to my girlfriend (not the camera)

This is day [131] and i'm 71kg (156lb) definately bigger than when I started, but still not quite big enough to see a massive difference. Well it's only been 4 months don't expect much.

  • You say you're doing 35kg dumbbells, how many reps per set are you doing for those?

  • @AzureSteel 8 reps 3 sets

  • Righteous bro! Dont miss out on the pull ups! Those are intense!

  • @contagiousFX yeah this is more of a chest video, so no pull ups =D

  • @FireCoTTon You wana gain muscle, eat more food and lift. You wana lose fat, eat less food and lift.

  • mate, you wanna get big? Do a proper warm up of a light set of each exercise.

The exercises best to get big are

    Squats

    Deadlifts

    Cleans

    Pull ups/Muscle ups

    Bench press

    and Dips

If you want abs too... simply keep your core tight during every exercise and walk around with a tight core on a daily basis, get used to breathing with it tight. it'll look ripped in no time.

  • what happened to your new video!?!?

you said in 2-3 weeks time

    its been 2-3 months = =

  • will you just stop babbling and do the exercise for crying out loud....!!

  • liar u said simple you used the kaoiken at 3:20 through 3:30

  • Are you sure you do 35kgs? No disrespect but could you upload a vid of you doing them?

  • @FireCoTTon Depends on your goal. If your goal is to build muscle and put on mass your gonna need to use weights, or somehow add weights to the exercises you are doing. If you are working out at home, you can still simulate exercise with weights by using stuff around the house - milk bottles, shopping bags etc, or simply squeeze the working muscle whilst doing the exercise.

  • you can do dumbbell flies..

  • Hey Steve, I have some question - just started working out.

Did you directly start with weights or did you first work with crunches etc.?

I'm doing crunches, push ups and dips but I don't know if its that effective.

  • 6:00 you're not even going 90°, do them properly before doing them weighted!
