  • this is nonetheless impressive but after using an ivanko for 6 months and finally purchasing a captain of crush gripper, I think the resistance tables are way off. I was pulling "200" on the Ivanko but I could barely close the CoC #1 rated at 140 pounds. The 12-10 setting may not really be 345 pounds...

  • thought about getting one of these what do you think of it

  • @seanp1129 well im reading the directions on my gripper and he is doing it wrong

  • @czoraa21 Why are all the videos from gripmasters just like this? This way makes it an upside-down V, just like a regular gripper. Not arguing, just stating what I have seen.

  • @seanp1129 im not, i have this gripper and it is so easy to tip it upside down and grip it at the highest notch. an average athlete can do it.

  • are things better than CoC grippers? I doubt they are..but im always looking for new fitness stuff

  • @czoraa21 You know better than a world class grip athlete.. Quit trolling.

  • Sorry for my bad english...

  • How are you training you arms? If it is not a secret? I meen ttrainig cicle...

  • I am closed 12,6 and I hed trainig around 3 months...
