Sounds more to me like ukulele than mandolin. And those chords do not add up to Bad Moon Rising. The voice sounds like Jeremy Piven.

Really isn't. It's just someone playing chords on a mandolin. Sure. there's some similarity, but without an instrument playing melody you can't say that definitively. In fact, the bridge in the middle is totally different.
