@orioncheung uhuh, yea, but exactly that is what I mean... I would expect the company has enough to lose, and enough to win, that they should think about their employees.. not only because they love the employees but also because they know that these employees are the people who do the work... Here in holland we call that a 'win-win' situation when the company makes the work situation better... the employees are happyer and the company has less broken packages...

@RigelLingate Happen here in the USA too. I am sure a lot of people do the same if you in a job that have very little and or no benefits and low pay. These worker doesn't think about the company. They think about them self.

@orioncheung but at this way you only lose money... it can more efficient so less packets would broken and more packets would be transported per hour...
