  • Good for coaches so they better understand the emotion parents bring to PT for their kids. Coaches can help by communicating regularly with both parents and kids.

  • Must see for Parent of kids playing sports!

  • The man being interviewed said he stepped into coaching and took a position on the board because he "did not like the experience that one of his boys had in t-ball". Just wondering what that experience was? I disagree with this video. It seems fully put the "negative" towards only the parents. While I do feel parents are out of control I also know many coaches volunteer to only advance their OWN children in sports.Very interesting statements to be made by a President Of The League.
