Saw this George when it was at the Champlin Museum in Mesa, Arizona. A rare example of a late war Japanese fighter. It would have been formidable in the hands of a expert pilot; 4 x 20mm cannon, four bladed prop, and pilot protection armor. It could go head-to-head against the Hellcat and Corsair. All told, it was too little too late...and too few competent pilots left to make a difference by then.
